Start PTE practice →TOEFL iBT (2026 redesign)
The completely redesigned exam: 12 task types, band 1–6, two-stage adaptive reading and listening. Practise the exam that exists now, not the old one.
Explore TOEFL practice →LanguageCert Academic
All 15 task types across four skills, CEFR-anchored scoring and full mock tests. A UKVI-approved Secure English Language Test.
Explore LanguageCert practice →An exam coach that actually listens.
Most prep apps run flashcards and call it a day. ScoreFluent uses production-grade speech scoring, an AI tutor with memory of your weak spots, and free unlimited practice — credits only buy the examiner reports.
Real pronunciation feedback, not a percentage and a smiley.
Powered by the same family of acoustic models PTE uses for Speaking. Every Read Aloud, Repeat Sentence and Describe Image is broken down into Accuracy, Fluency, Prosody, and Content. We highlight the word that lost you the point, then show you how to fix it.
- Word-level confidence scoring, not paragraph-level
- Tap any red word to hear the model pronunciation
- Skill Clinics target the specific phoneme you're missing
A tutor that remembers what you actually struggle with.
Flo isn't a chatbot. She watches your attempts, builds a profile of your weak phonemes, time-wasters and grammar gaps, and proactively suggests the next two minutes of work. Two entry points: on every score screen with your examiner report, and an always-on Tutor tab for the bigger questions (5 free messages a day — 50 with any purchase).
- Post-attempt context auto-loaded — transcript, scores, the prompt itself
- Cites the exact moment you stumbled with a timestamp
- Refuses to be a homework-doer — only a coach
- Persists across conversations — remembers your weak areas, exam date and target band
See patterns you can't, predict your band.
After ~10 attempts the engine starts spotting things you'd never catch in one sitting — a phoneme you consistently drop, sentence lengths where fluency falls apart, question types where you lose minutes you don't have. Each pattern links to a 5-drill Skill Clinic that targets just that one thing. Predicted band with a confidence range updates after every attempt.
- Cross-attempt phoneme analysis flags recurring errors (e.g. final consonant dropping)
- Predicted score uses a calibrated model with a band range, not a single number
- Time-trap detection on question types you over-spend on
- Native-language interference patterns (Indian English, Mandarin English) baked in
Everything in one app, nothing extra.
Each tool earns its place. No vocabulary flashcard graveyard, no streak-shaming push notifications.
What you practise
Task types shown are PTE Academic's — TOEFL iBT and LanguageCert Academic have their own full task banks.
Speaking
All five PTE task types — Read Aloud, Repeat Sentence, Describe Image, Re-tell Lecture, Answer Short Question — with live transcript and word-level pronunciation. Practise free with instant Quick scores; unlock an examiner report on the attempts that count.
Describe Image guide →Writing
Essay and Summarize Written Text. Scored by best-in-class AI algorithms against the full published PTE rubric — seven traits on the essay (Content, Development, Form, Grammar, Linguistic Range, Vocabulary Range, Spelling) — with inline annotations on the exact sentences losing you marks.
Write Essay guide →Listening
Eight listening task types covered: MCQ, Highlight Incorrect Words, Fill in the Blanks, Write from Dictation, and four more. Free to practise, scored instantly.
Write from Dictation guide →Reading
Re-order Paragraphs, Fill in the Blanks (drag), MCQ Single and Multi — with time-target hints to stop the time traps that wreck Reading scores.
Fill in the Blanks guide →How the AI helps you
Weak-area detection
Cross-attempt phoneme analysis spots the patterns you keep repeating — final consonant dropping, /θ/ vs /s/, sentence lengths that wreck fluency. Top three patterns sit on your home screen, updated after every attempt.
Score prediction
Calibrated model maps your pillar scores to a real band range — "PTE 68–74 based on your last 10 attempts" — with a trajectory chart and projected exam-day score. Updates every session.
AI tutor · two ways in
On every score screen with your examiner report — transcript & scores auto-loaded so the explanation is immediate. Plus an always-on Tutor tab for the strategy questions (5 free messages a day — 50 with any purchase).
Skill Clinics
5-drill micro-sessions targeting a single weakness flagged by the pattern detection. Phoneme minimal pairs, prosody patterns, grammar slot-fillers — prescribed from your own weak areas.
Generate your own practice
Tap any weak area and we'll generate 3–5 questions of the right task type, designed specifically to exercise that pattern. Keep them private or share to the community feed once you've rated them.

Questions, answered.
Which exams does ScoreFluent support?
PTE Academic is fully supported today with all 22 task types. TOEFL iBT (2026 redesign) and LanguageCert Academic practice are also live, in beta — LanguageCert Academic entered beta in August 2026, and TOEFL iBT 2026-redesign practice is live in beta too. Support for the Michigan English Test (MET) is in development.
What's the difference between a quick score and an examiner report?
A quick score is instant and free — it always will be. An examiner report is different: it sends your actual answer to a frontier AI model that reads it the way an examiner would. That costs us real money each time, so we count reports rather than pretending they're free and quietly making them worse. You'll always know exactly how many you have.
How does the credit system work?
Practice is free — every question, every day, with instant Quick scores included. Credits buy examiner reports: your answer marked trait by trait, the way an examiner would mark it, with the evidence behind every score and your personal coach report. One report covers any answer — speaking, essay or written — and a full mock marks every answer for the price of 5 reports. Reports never expire, and reviewing past attempts is always free.
Is the AI scoring actually accurate?
Speaking scoring uses our proprietary acoustic AI — trained on the same phoneme patterns the real PTE exam measures. Writing is scored by best-in-class AI algorithms against the full published PTE rubric — for Write Essay that's seven traits (Content, Development, Form, Grammar, Linguistic Range, Vocabulary Range and Spelling). We surface the same axes as the real exam, so your practice scores map directly to what you'll see on test day.
Can I generate my own practice questions?
Yes. Tap any weak-area card and we generate 3–5 questions of the relevant task type, designed specifically to exercise that pattern. The set is private by default — attempt the questions, rate them, and optionally share them to the community feed.
Do I need a target exam date to start?
No. You can start practising before you book a test — set a target band now and add your exam date whenever it's confirmed. Your plan adjusts automatically.
Is there a free trial?
Practice itself is always free, with instant Quick scores — no trial needed. On top of that, your first full mock is on us: signup credits cover one examiner-marked mock, or ≈ 5 examiner reports. You can take the diagnostic and chat with Flo before deciding whether to top up.
Will it work on my phone?
iOS and Android native apps at launch, plus the web app for desktop practice. Credits sync across devices; purchases happen on the web due to Apple's in-app payment rules.
Do you cache or share my recordings?
Audio is processed by our AI and scored, and your recordings are stored securely so you can replay past attempts — they are automatically deleted after 6 months, and we never sell them or share them. Transcripts and scores are kept so you can review past attempts. You can delete your account at any time — 30-day soft delete, then full data erasure, recordings included.
Can our institute run ScoreFluent under our own brand?
Yes. Institutes get their own portal — your logo, your colours, your subdomain, with a full white-label option on your own domain. Your students practise on your platform and never see ScoreFluent pricing or branding.
Does ScoreFluent replace our teachers?
No. Every mock is scored before your teachers open their laptop, and the admin dashboard shows who practised this week and where each student is weak — so class time goes to teaching, not grading.
How does institute pricing work?
Per seat, per month, on tiers sized by practice volume — $15 USD a seat on the standard tier. Your students never see credits or prices; they just practise. Billing is monthly via Stripe, cancel any time.
What do we see about our students?
The roster, attempt counts and pillar-level averages — enough to run the cohort and prove value to parents. Raw transcripts and recordings stay private to the student.
How long does setup take?
Your branded portal can be live within a week. Students join via invite links, so there is no IT work on your side, and every new institute starts with a 15-day free trial.
Start with 40 free credits.
Practise every pillar free with instant Quick scores — your signup credits cover a full mock or ≈ 5 examiner reports. No subscription, no card.
